Robot Welder The Robot Welder position in Gastonia, NC involves programming, setting up, and operating automated robotic

welding systems to fabricate metal components. Core Responsibilities Programming & Setup: Inputting welding parameters,

programming robot paths, and loading materials into welding fixtures. Quality Monitoring: Inspecting finished welds and

interpreting technical drawings/blueprints to ensure parts meet precise specifications. Troubleshooting: Making

real-time adjustments to robot movements and welding machine parameters. Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections and

preventive maintenance on robotic welding equipment. Requirements & Skills Proven experience programming and operating
