About the Role

Baker Highlands, NC 28741 Description Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods during overnight shifts

for morning service. Follow established recipes, measurements, and baking procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance to meet presentation standards. Prepare doughs, batters,

fillings, and toppings as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in accordance with food safety

standards. Properly store ingredients and finished products. Assist with inventory of baking ingredients and notify

management of shortages. Qualifications Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred. Ability to follow recipes and
