About the Role

School Bus Driver Performs semi-skilled work operating a school bus, transporting students to and from school,

activities or events, and related work as assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the

Transportation Planner. High School or GED preferred. Applicant requirement of at least 1 year of driving experience as

a licensed operator of a motor vehicle, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be 18 years of age.

Pay Grade NC05 Reports to School Bus Supervisor/Transportation Planner Essential Functions Performs pre- and post-trip

school bus inspection; reports operating and equipment deficiencies. Transports students to and from school, along with
