CNC Rotary Tube Bending Machine Operator Key Responsibilities: # Ability to setup and run CNC rotary tube bending

machines such as Soco, Eagle or Addison with limited supervision. # Set-up and operate CNC rotary draw bending machine

while conforming to manufacturing tolerances # Set-up and switch tooling of CNC rotary draw bending machine (Bend Di,

Clamp Di, Wiper Di, Pressure Di, Mandrel, Collette, Stop Blocks) # Program new post bends into CNC bending machine #

Ensure all tube assemblies meet strict quality and compliance standards # Checking drawings to work orders to ensure

correct quantity of posts are bent and put out for job # Can work effectively with cross-functional departments as need
