About the Role

CNC Lathe Operator Pay: $25–$30/hour Job Type: Contract-to-Hire We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join a

growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes to

perform precision machining operations including turning, threading, and boring. The ideal candidate will have

experience working with CAD/CAM systems, machine setup, tooling adjustments, and maintaining high-quality production

standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Receive daily work assignments from the

Supervisor or Leadman and prioritize production tasks accordingly. Set up, load, and operate CNC lathes for machining
