Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Residential Duties: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical

issues in single-family homes and multi-family units. Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical panels, breakers,

switches, outlets, ceiling fans, and lighting fixtures. Wire new residential constructions, additions, and smart-home

automation systems. Ensure all residential work is up to current NEC (National Electrical Code) and local codes.

Commercial Duties: Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings (offices, retail,

restaurants, etc.). Run, bend, and install EMT/rigid conduit and pull wire according to schematics. Install and service
