About the Role

Site Dispatcher Manada Tech is looking for a new site dispatcher. We are looking for someone who is a great listener,

strong communicator, and diligent in completing tasks. The right person will have exceptional organizational skills and

excellent attention to detail. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and work experience in a role

demonstrating their ability to drive customer and client satisfaction. Finally, our site dispatcher should be

comfortable with being an escalation point of contact for our customers, and an individual who can address issues with

products and services. Site Dispatcher will support the Site Manager in managing escalation and workflow from Manada's
