direction of an MHS manager. This person helps organize and schedule the safe movement of patients throughout the

hospital. They assign transport staff to requests, communicate with doctors and nurses, and make sure patient transport

runs smoothly. The dispatcher may also help train new employees and track performance. Qualifications Key

Responsibilities Provide friendly and helpful customer service to patients, staff, and coworkers Receive and manage

transport requests using a computer system Decide which transport requests are most urgent and assign them to the right
