About the Role
Accentuate staffing is assisting a leading commercial property management company who is hiring a Facilities Maintenance
Technician to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits working 8am-5pm
Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: Facilities Maintenance Technician will conduct routine maintenance tasks such as
electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general building repairs. Technician will perform general
repairs and installations such as changing light bulbs, light switches, receptacles, door locks. Technician will repair
and install alarm and fire protection systems, piping, tubing, plumbing fixtures. Technician will perform general
