LINE COOKS WANTED Opening Team for a New Chef-Driven Restaurant in Boone/Blowing Rock, NC Area We're building something

special in the High Country. A new chef-driven restaurant concept is opening in the Boone area, and we're assembling the

founding kitchen team. This is an opportunity to join from day one and help shape a restaurant focused on exceptional

ingredients, refined technique, and genuine hospitality. Our menu is rooted in Appalachian cuisine and the incredible

farms, foragers, and producers of the region. Through a small plates and tasting menu format, we'll showcase

hyper-seasonal ingredients while drawing inspiration from global culinary traditions and modern techniques. The result
