Dispatcher I The Dispatcher I plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient coordination of field operations

by managing the assignment and distribution of work orders. This role is responsible for dispatching both

company-initiated and customer-generated requests, including high-priority emergency situations such as gas leaks, gas

odors, damaged lines, fires, and explosions. By accurately prioritizing and assigning tasks to appropriate field

personnel, the Dispatcher I ensures timely response and adherence to company standards, as well as compliance with state

utility commission and federal regulatory requirements. This position requires employees to work nights, weekends,
