About the Role
Production Worker Positional Summary: Prepare, portion and cook large quantities of meat, fish, fowl, gravies,
vegetables, cereals, soups, fruits, bread, pastries, pies, rolls, doughnuts and other forms of food and baked goods from
recipes and instructions under general supervision. Key Position Duties: Cook large quantities of meat, fish, fowl,
gravies, vegetables, cereals, soups, fruits and other types of food according to recipes and instructions to include,
but not limited to, baking, roasting, frying, stewing, broiling, boiling, and steaming. Review menus, recipes and
production sheets; measure and batch ingredients; mix, mold, knead, roll, cut, weigh, proof and bake dough for bread,
