About the Role

Machine Operator Day Shift: 7:45 AM 8:00 PM (12-hour shifts) Night Shift: 7:45pm - 8:00 am Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation 1st

shift: $17 2nd Shift $19 Key Responsibilities Operate, set up, and monitor nonwoven carding machines and slitting

equipment. Feed raw fibers and rolls into machines per specifications, ensuring accurate slitting of fabric to target

widths. Adjust machine parameters (tension, alignment, speed) to maintain efficiency and quality. Inspect output for

quality attributesincluding web consistency, weight, thickness, slitting precision, and overall integrity. Conduct

routine maintenance: clean machinery, replace rollers/blades, and resolve jams. Record production metrics, machine
