About the Role

Manufacturing Equipment Operator, 1st Shift Our products support a wide range of industries and applications, enabling

customers to produce high-quality finished goods. We are actively hiring Extrusion Operators to join our Concord, NC

manufacturing team. The Extrusion Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion equipment

used in the production of color compounds. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong

commitment to safety and quality. Operate extrusion and related production equipment, including extruders, feeders,

pelletizers, scales, dies, and classifiers Produce compound samples according to customer and production specifications
