About the Role
Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Operate machines and oversee assigned production lines to meet output and quality targets;
Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and resolve routine equipment issues; Identify issues early to prevent downtime
and maintain production flow; Diagnose problems within scope and escalate more complex issues to Maintenance
Technicians; Train and mentor line operators on processes, safety, and equipment operation
