Material Handler Superintendent

About the Role

Key Responsibilities Material Movement & Coordination Oversee daily material handling operations, including forklift and

overhead crane usage. Ensure timely delivery of materials to production areas to prevent delays. Monitor equipment

availability and coordinate resources across shifts and departments. Team Leadership & Supervision Direct, coach, and

evaluate the material handling team. Manage scheduling, staffing, and workload assignments to ensure full coverage.

Conduct training on equipment operation, safety procedures, and standard work practices. Communication & Collaboration
