About the Role

Warehouse Associate II The Warehouse Associate II is responsible for efficiently and accurately handling all inbound and

outbound materials, with a strong operational focus on FedEx and UPS carrier processes. This role ensures compliance

with carrier requirements, real-time shipment tracking, precise documentation, and inventory integrity. The incumbent

plays a critical role in maintaining dock operations, managing carrier interactions, and supporting daily, monthly, and

end-of-period warehouse close activities. Carrier & Shipping Operations: Serve as the primary operator for FedEx and UPS

shipping terminals, including shipment creation, label generation, manifesting, and end-of-day close-out procedures.
