About the Role

Overview The role would be responsible for overseeing field installation activities of hydronic and steam systems on

industrial and commercial service projects. The role emphasizes labor productivity, quality control, safety compliance,

and effective crew leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead work crews in the pipefitting trade; manages 2-6 employees and

responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory

responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Training employees; planning,

assigning, and directing work. Follows all rules and procedures required; ensures pipefitting staff follow procedures
