About the Role
Sheriff's Services Specialist The Sheriff's Services Specialist, under general supervision, performs clerical work to
include receiving all incoming calls and dispatching applicable personnel; must exercise independent judgment and
initiative in receiving messages, responding to emergency situations, and dispatching calls; must exercise considerable
tact and firmness in obtaining information from distressed persons. Employee must have excellent oral and written
communication and customer service skills; exercise initiative and independent judgment in completing assigned tasks;
exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information; exercise tact, courtesy, and firmness in frequent
