About the Role

Welder Location: Polkton, NC The Weld I position is responsible for performing basic welding operations, assembling

metal components, and supporting production activities in accordance with company quality and safety standards. This

role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, follow detailed instructions, and carry out tack welds and

foundational welds with accuracy. The Weld I works collaboratively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient

workflow, safe operation of equipment, and consistent production output. This position is ideal for individuals who are
