Guaranteed Hours up to 32 hours/week - If you complete all scheduled shifts in a week but your total hours worked are
less than 32, the company will provide the additional hours needed to reach a total of 32. This ensures that you receive
full-time compensation for your commitment to being present for the entire workweek.
