About the Role
Welder The Welder is responsible for welding trucks and trailer bodies using primarily aluminum, along with steel and
other metals. This position requires proficiency in multiple welding processes and the ability to read blueprints and
work independently to meet quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Perform MIG
(GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and other welding processes on aluminum, steel, and other metal components with flat, horizontal,
vertical, and overhead positions. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
Fit, tack, and weld components as needed for the manufacturing of truck and trailer bodies. Ensure welds meet required
